Hi, I’m Shea, a licensed clinical social worker. My work centers on supporting clients through times of grief and loss. I believe therapy is a process and an investment in yourself! I strive to create a nonjudgemental space centered on your well-being and free from the demands and noise of life. No one will ever fully know your pain, but my goal is to equip you to navigate, adapt and heal.

I’m a Tennessee native, born and raised in Memphis. I graduated from The University of Memphis with my master’s degree in Social Work. Before pursuing private practice, I had the opportunity to serve others in a range of unique settings. I counseled in community mental health, university student counseling, Child Advocacy Center of Eastern AR, and public elementary school settings. My private practice work focuses on servicing clients with concerns of grief, living losses, and life transitions.
